Everyone joins from a phone browser with a room code. The AI keeps the pace, narrates eliminations, and never leaks who's who. Perfect for parties, sleepovers, and any group that loves accusing each other.
AI Mafia supports 4 to 15 players and hits its stride around 7–10. Each round cycles a night phase (the Mafia pick a target) and a day phase (the town debates and votes), running roughly 15–25 minutes. The engine — not the AI — owns role assignment and the vote count, so the host can narrate freely but can never miscount or leak a role. Plays in person or remotely over any video call.

How to play
Secretly, some players are Mafia; everyone else is on the Town's side. Bigger tables add special roles. Tap your secret card to re-read your role.
NIGHT: everyone acts at once and in secret — the Mafia agree on one player to eliminate, special roles use their power, and the rest pick who to keep an eye on. No one can tell who did what.
DAY: see who didn't survive, then discuss — there's a first (non-binding) vote, more talk, and a final vote to remove someone.
The Town win by removing every Mafia; the Mafia win once they equal the rest.

How is this different from playing Mafia with cards?
No cards, no narrator, no falling asleep during the night phase by accident. The AI deals roles digitally, narrates, and enforces the rules — you just argue and vote.
What's the difference between Mafia and Werewolf here?
They share the same hidden-roles engine. Mafia uses a crime-family theme and Werewolf a village-and-wolves theme; pick whichever flavour your group prefers — the deduction is the same.
